IF YOU HAVE FAITH, NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO YOU (PART 1/2)

Philosophy in the Orient is the art of teaching the constitution of the infinite universe, the kingdom of heaven. Its sole purpose is to help man to understand this constitution (or order) so that he can realize his freedom, happiness and health for himself and by himself. Since this theory is not only dialectical but also paradoxical and deep, I have simplified it so that it can be understood by everyone.

The conception of the world and life, the constitution of the infinite universe, is translated first of all biologically and then physiologically. This is the firm foundation of all religions of the Orient. That is why there is more or less strict dietetic principles in all religions. Without living by these principles, one cannot understand or gain strength from one’s religion and it’s teachings, a fact largely ignored by Western theologians.

In Buddhism, and particularly Zen Buddhism, there are strict dietetic principles to be observed.Yet, of the many books being published today in the West on Zen Buddhism and Indian philosophy, not one give a good explanation of the importance and the superiority  of their biological and physiological basis. It is not surprising , therefore, that the philosophy of Vedanta, Taoism and Buddhism cannot be fully understood in the West. If religions on a whole have lost their authority through the centuries, it is because of the neglect or ignorance of this same foundation. Accordingly, peace, freedom, health and happiness are vanishing all over the world. Jesus said :

If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed,

…ye shall say unto the mountain,

“Remove hence to yonder place,”

and it shall remove;

and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

–Matthew 27:20-21
